Walrus Totem View more work by Jerome Saclamana
Saclamana employs his signature minimalistic style to the totem head, or spirit mask, which is cared from walrus ivory. The base, showing a swimming walrus relief, is formed from the tip of a mammoth tusk. The combination of the mask and relief express the nature of the animal in both body and in spirit.
