Ivory Cormorant

The subtle beauty and grace of Edwin's cormorant is stunning.  Although cormorants are black, this depiction highlights the beautiful creamy hues of walrus ivory.  The eye and beak are carved baleen and the base is a piece of fossil walrus knuckle bone.
